In terms of cognitive science, psychology and analytical philosophy, the most frequently used example and its mention is represented by pain or ache issue. But very fundamentally, that issue is essentially never regarded as generalized truth could never be found so easily, because our pain or ache must be according to only declaration, e.g. a patient informs to doctor, "I have a headache." or " I got legs' ache and sometimes hard pain unendurably is felt to me."
Eventually all these sensation must be so intrinsic and could never be generalize4d, because enssentially pain itself could never be evidenced that its felt way is surely so, eventually nthese things could be only relied on individually impressive declaration.

Then, even if we could analyze the relation of reacting to each case, as correspondance between brain and mind or equivalence between brain's part and ached generating part would be evidenced, these things could be so partially for all the ones who have ache and painful feeling and physical sensation. 

Actually, even if fMRI or so could solve the cause, and it could never be so serious, still we could feel so unendurable pain at some part of our body, and that objectively evidenced thing and personally felt intrinsic phenomenal information must have gapped reality.
E.g. if we personally have mentally or spiritually anxiety around some so problematic issue at peprsonal life, even if we have no issue around medically abnormality, we coul;d be ached, painfull at no problematic part of our body, that kind of mental or spiritual influencing our intrinsic sensation must be present, then consistently, mechanically analyxed objective examinating result must be so partial and not so completely analyzed. 

In other words, we all are so mental and emotionally capricious presence in no obvious awareness to our own feeling. Thus we could never define all internally sensetional pain or ache mechanism and cause, reson or so. Eventually, only these matters could be informed to us, generally.

Then, I am going to address the method to relation words and its meant matter influencing to mentality and spiritual condition and words original motivated way to exist, from the view, my trial to analize must be done, for the present.

First, let's think about nthe case we infrom own pain or ached fact, in society as the site of infroming own it to somebody. 

Certainly, we can have a concept around being ached and painful, but that extrinsic expression in having words as language activity is just informing fact reliable matter, hence, because we can inform our own it to somebody, we'd regarded it as present matter so objectively, however it must not be so evidenced as measured absolute fact to anybody, consistently all these informing things could rely on only each informing one's personally subjective judgement. According to experienced general tendency referred to our personal memory.
