Our delibarating method to get profit with minmally exhausted at energy consumption makes us think of the case, if we are endangered with some externally taking place things in suffreing, we should look for the most advantageous method so desperately both for long period consideration and being at very emmergent case.

And the method to spend so easy situation in our own life, let us think so considerably only method to make all the other one ask you, not to ask other ones by you, work out only that way, because only asked one is winner, and anytime asking one is loser, socially.

Eventually these things make the suporiority to politicians so superior than ordinary citizens, because they only are privileged to speak publicly, that truth could be made of or consist of each asker's demand in gathered form consequently makes the privilege to politicians' public superiority, and it means power's essence, and meaning.

Memorandum; Asked ones are easily powered with its superiority of standing position, and necessarily heard one could get privilege to speak publicly to all the other one. 
That social membership's specific nature exist at human society, and it's fundamental strucutre of human mind's nature necessity. 
However, just because of these factors, very many exceptional cases could take place so publicly and personally, then these things could be analyzed so step by step from this time on.
