City universally works only for offering any citizen a chance to earn, thus anyone gathers to the city for making money.

First, city employees must never be so visible, unnecessarily outstanding to any other strangers who make near-miss on the street space or an environment around the city at least at a condition only to move to other place.

Unnecessary strong impression is anytime so risky to all ones who try to earn for keeping private life.
Coz, strong impression should be taken only for preserving private life with private precious ones with spouse, lover, children or so.

People are all so mental and delicate to be watched by any strangers in city environment, especially to own private expression for example in commuter train we usually use in the city.

Thus, you must never be involved with each spot’s tiny things as much as possible for your mental health.
