If we think of what is the most rational, time would be curtailed and always our policy would be so obvious.

However, our own surroundings and situarion we always confront are consistently changed so much so speedily, then what we can think so rational, itself must be done so too.

Thus, what we deliberate the future prospect and set our own aim is so important before starting something, if we take its chaiging miserable fats to us into account, the choice daring to ignore every future prospect also is prepared to us, otherwise, we can say. (Jan. 14th)

Rationality means anytime economizing the time but we have no guarantee the completed prediction taking the each change into account and make everything meet as our idela must be impossible and absolutely never feasible, if we estimate only that truth, we could never help but abandoning all of intention sustained by time loss curtailing utterly, but simultaneously we take only haphazardly hit or miss choice must be so toght to us either, then for the present we have no way but taking each choice as setting the aim at each different situated scene, in our lifetime.
