Originally, what Mat was starting his business of detective was motivated with the serious social fact of his country which was so involved with corruption and bribe toward so many capitalists or bureaucrats with collapsed moral and his justice was targeting the policing order and dark side business in cozy relation as his ideal to sweep all of those unnecessary reality, then his motivation was understood by his close friend Jeff and his lover Lily, and his nation was in shared hope to all of nationalities with the youngest President’s inauguration at 2016, and simultaneously the policing order was hoped to be reformed, then at the matter of fact, the shooting contingent incident was never happening until the new era of this nation, but its fact meant the shift to another phase in any organization and any illegal business was hidden in underground with upgraded skill to hide any those activities with internet and devised precise technology.
In other words, this nation’s crime was shifted into the common sense with any citizens would never be involved with miserable incident as sacrifice, but professional shooter, sniper, or policing and armful ones would be involved with heavier battle to keep each ideal order both for military or police and syndicate with so smart smuggle and trade to any other nation’s syndicate.

Then at that miserable shooting battle with Tim’s rescuing team and National Guard of Puerto-Ricans was never reported by any media, just only Mrs. Elegance’s shot dead matter and Lily’s death in line of duty as police officer for rescuing missing Superintendent’s wife, but informer was targeted by Mrs. Superintendent’s abductor's forcible urging Mrs. Superintendent to shoot him, then Lily was shooting Mrs. Superintendent put a gun by abductor at her head then irresistibly Lily shot her and that abductor was shooting Lily for guarding himself but necessarily or unnecessarily unseen for the time being, the matter about Mat was never reported nor investigated by any journalism nor police, essentially Mat's testification was the most important then his saying should have reported to all around the incident areas. Of course, if Mrs. Elegance’s husband was corrupted with dark side business or bribe, he must keep secret to his illegal operation and that abduction was seen the fact he must hide to any journalists or reporting news media, but Mat’s thing was completely neglected to the reports meant that Superintendent was willing to make any corrupted matters’ presence in his nation never disclosed the incident which would be easily bring also him and his collapsed morale as Superintendent disclosed, then he was never cooperating with any interview from media reporter, also shooting battle with General Shocker’s men and policing and armful officers and soldiers was definitely never reported to any news show, probably coz of any general citizen’s sacrifice was never born then that shooting was conspiratorial thing, Mat concluded. Of course, only for General, Superintendent and the US side plea bargaining either.
Then all occurring truth was known only to Mat, Tim and his team members with the seventeen, and Jeff informed by Mat and his family, and partially the US. citizen, Lawyer John Bricks and missing Smuggler Captain, and some witness at the San Juan Airport, or customs’ officials in San Juan private port in Puerto-Rico, near raping police officer shot by Mat, restaurant’s manager at accounting spot or so in his county.

Namely, rather his escaping road with Mrs. Elegance was just incidental thing also for the General Shocker and his previous conspiratorial pal as Puerto-Rico National Guard, if that matter was the truth at that time, Chief in Commander of Puerto-Rico indicated go sign to his troops soon after Tim’s request, namely rather Tim’ s ask was the incident, and their dispatching and shooting was previously scheduled with both sides namely National Guard and General Shocker, and just accidentally Mat and his accompanying Mrs. Elegance in escaping runaway was added to the schedule by them, and anyone of the side of National Guard was never killed by Shocker’s private troops and except sleepers as several numbers of men, every General’s men was shot dead, namely General Shocker was asked by the Puerto-Rican team previously to cooperate with shooting and General Shocker was just answering their commission, namely the Puerto-Ricans team with background of the US. was aiming at peaceful stability at their island and the US either needed so, and if General Shocker was advocating their request to abandon all those kinds of business would be abstained from doing continuously, they proposed to promise in exchange for it, for example prostitution or sexual adult entertainment was so overlooked by the policing ordering team and troops, namely there was a kind of so smart pleas bargaining, for both sides.

If that matter was all so right thing and fact, every contradictory matter was seen so natural, and after having that kind of idea, Mat’s idea was shifting to make up his mind to start his business to disclose everything and that thing was advocated by welfare activist and manager of some companies concerned with his welfare stance and idea in his sure thought to the society, then Paul offered to provide the funds to start his business, and first Paul was introduced from Tim. Tim was in the same ideology to their national society.

But if Dionisius Superintendent was known to everything, he must had killed his wife so as to overlook any wrongdoing by General Shocker, but if also General shocker was conspiring to kill Mrs. Superintendent in joint scheduling with Dionisius, why he also went to her graveyard, anyway he knew the plan with National Guard with background of the US government, he must never need to go to her graveyard, that matter proved that his affection to Mrs. Elegance was so impulsively motivated at that time in affectionate behavior but he was never using her as tool for conspiracy with the US side advantage, namely he loved her either, and also Superintendent was the same at a rate, coz he even still only for official and formal manner, he also participated in her funeral, Mat was never seeing the pastor or so coz so later time he visited there. But officially he must make her funeral proceed, coz Mrs. Elegance and Lily’s death was so clearly known to any nationalities with news reports at that day as Christmas, then her death and their mourning was never fake, and never scheduled as a conspiracy.
Namely, not only Lily’s death but also Mrs. Superintendent as Elegance we call was never scheduled conspiracy but absolutely so accidental miserable incident also for these two old men. Namely if everything was so conspired with the US side troops or government, only two ladies’ deaths were so unexpected incident also for all of them, then only these two women's death was reported to all around the Caribbean Sea domains and Florida, or so in the US so nearer areas of the world. That conclusion was only so natural, Mat predicated so.

But until introduction to Chinese engineer, Paul was setting everything containing payment of the amount of information to investigate everything as upgraded smart darkened business in global market they was trying to start with compromising cooperation with connivance with Police and Military, but since meeting that Chinese engineer introduced by Paul, everything should be under control by Mat by himself, containing the payment to informer with introduced Chinese engineer
as the amount of useful and advantageous intelligence to solve every shadowed darkened side of the society, and if Mat was successful to that trial, he must offer every intelligence to Paul again, namely he has a duty to collaborate with him and his company.
For their mission, ordinary talk was planned to use English, necessarily he was speaking English so well as he was ex-employee of the US. enterprise, but in session talk with them at rest time as intermission or interval of important business talk, Mat was thinking that also joke or so smart relief talk in Chinese, then he told his ex-deceased lover Lily’s young brother so genius to use any foreign language with French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Hangul, Chinese, and Arabic.
Namely according to acquired intelligence with an interview and investigation with that engineer introduced by Paul, any kind of foreign languages was necessary not possibly but so probably surely so.

Then, Mat was arguing to Freddie and asked so many things and planned together the day before appointed day to meet that man from the US as the Chinese at his office, privately only with him, in another small consultation room when any other members of his office was going out for taking lunch and after ending normal business hour.
At last, the first meeting day for Mat and Freddie to Chinese engineer at the hotel lounge he previously made an appointment with the hotel became tomorrow.
After perfection of readiness, they were going out from the Mat’s detective office going each home.
