Ethical Feasibility in Justice Part1 Ethical Issue around Group,Team or so

Human mind fundamentally could never be bound by anything except spontaneously thought decision. Thus, nobody can bind particularly somebody or people’s mind so completely, even father or mother could never do so to their children.
People can never move with other person’s intention, he or she must move only with each one’s spontaneous intention and its will.


The ones who knows its truth so well at some degree can preside, rule, or reign people, if we try to say on the contrary to its explanation, if we find somebody who can never persuade some other one whom is so important to that oneself as colleague or pal, his or her action and behavior to the one could be forcible and never in the attitude to make other one so clear, or sort of know so well to asker’s intention.


What to know that nobody can manage people’s mind of course, it is never force, it’s guidance and offering the intention to need help at work or so as needed one for asker, people’s mind is absolutely conditioned to be a leader, presider, manager, or so, must be in an attitude or behavior to be able to make other ones guided to understand everything the one wants to tell, and the ones who can do so is appropriate leader or guide to other ones looking for teaching or order, and command.


The one who can get trust with appropriate degree from the other ones are so smartly skillful to make distance and making it so useful, to make the other ones the asker’s will and intention, thus he or she needs to have assured self-confidence and capability to interest and attract the other ones’ attention and make the other ones relaxed and enjoyable to listen to the asker’s talk and will to tell them.


Because, generally our own view is easily told to the other ones only in so skillfully smart persuasion with device for interesting other ones and anyway the most important thing for askers is capability to pull the other one’s mind so spontaneously to the asker’s demand, namely all the ones can understand the leaders’s request to the ones and toward his intention, the other all can ride on and being enchanted with their will spontaneously never forcibly, for realizing it, the top leader must be behaving satisfied with only
proper degree’s trust and reward to his or her request, in other words, he or she must be satisfied with so proper levelled outcome and understanding of the other ones as junior partners or so.


Never anticipating completed trust to him or her is absolute condition.


If the issue or problematic proposition is ethically important item, leaders must never anticipate complete response or reaction from askers.
Because for asked, any sort of demanding offered to them should be alternative which that request could be accepted or not and ultimately last decision should be done with true spontaneity, according to individual mind. That is so important.
Because true sympathy or true understanding to the leader’s request or petition must be composed only with each asked or ordered, commanded one’s individual mind with trust and confidence.


For starting a project, any top leader must never anticipate absolute trust from the asked, ordered ones’ mind, he or she must be satisfied with only appropriate trust and confidence, now age is never medieval epoch, absolute loyalty or trust must never be anticipated to any spot in world.


Of course, it should never be so, actually the groups or nations in which absolute trust or loyalty to the leader is demanded forcibly to all people or citizens are existing.


But at least if the group or organization in question is so civilized and prepared as contemporary liberalism’s order, the top leader must be satisfied with appropriate incomplete result and trust to him or her and appropriate spontaneity to offer him or her reward, coz all group’s acts must be, for each member, the thing which should be done in appropriate trust to the leader and proper trust to the leader should never be done in absolute trust or loyalty, coz that sort of acts must never output good result, and even if someone trusts so individually spontaneously to the leader, its mind is unnecessary in the group, in spots of professional work, all trusts or confidences should be appropriately neutral and properly distanced never in so cozy closeness.
Because ethically even if all ones are so trustful, and so close together, its behavior should be neutral, coz all professional mission to general citizens are serving to them maximally, its mission would be completed only with appropriate trustworthy human relationship, it must never be the band or solidarity as if medieval knight’s alliance used to have at Medieval times.


All works are conditioned with airy communication and mutual reporting and answering with response and reaction.


Hence, all presiding ones have mindset to be satisfied with only neutral confidence, trust mutually in work and only appropriate loyalty to them should be anticipated to them, protecting stance to lower positioned ones should be applied to their junior partners.


Trust and confidence among group or organization must be ethical issue.
Ethical issue must be understood with only spontaneity by anyone as make-up member. Because at any work, appropriate degreed trust and confidence must be the most indispensable condition to all concerned ones.
That means for leaders, only with appropriate loyalty and trust to the one must be satisfied, and even criticizers must be needed to the one, necessarily same mindset must be needed to junior partners to the leader. Because ethical premise is fairly given to all make-up members.
And only subjectively thought spontaneous trust and confidence must be applied for fulfilling mission at not only work but also society.


At next chance to debate this issue, nation and political scene could be adopted.

Note; This time’s the most important point we must be noticed is that our view in society must be fair to all members and especially among team members, at work or organization, each member should take appropriate distance to any other member, and constantly any member should be satisfied with only never completed and appropriately incomplete team work or its fruit and result, because so perfectly completed satisfaction should and must be applied only to each one’s own acts and its result, never to the other member’s own it.
