In frank, at EU or almost European countries have own pedigreed cultural authority, and if the reality could have own tradition, that power must be symbolized with stone architectural culture and civilization composable power. That cultural background, also maternal in other words, woman power is not that small, thus women President, Prime Minister could appear at the zone, on the other hand, only US has no woman President history.

That must have been caused from pioneer spirit of beginning days US history. And the globally top economics powered country symbolizing is necessarily iron as taller building constructed and easily dismantling rationality which stone culture is basically dependent on traditional power thus, easily historical legacy won't be dismantled as conscientious reason. 
Thus, Europe had except German, own economics Capitalism basically sustains as the principle belongs to easily switchable around having power ownership for keeping fairness, not pedigree cututural authority. 

Except China, because it is based on originally stone culture, but these days architecture is plaster reliant easily building and easily dismantling devise attended order. Korean Peninsula is either basically similar typed civilizational characteristics. But Japan is not so, because originally wood culture as architectural order traditionally, thus, these days, Japan had iron architectural buildings are so many than China except coastal zone specifically along East China Sea. China economy mainly is reliant only on the zone, not all over the country. 

Thus, according to country's founding history, Middle and Southern America have not that longer history. In terms of cultural basis, Indio culture is wonderful. But contemporary Capitalism principle basis abiding reality doesn't match the ancient culture. Necessarily I do never criticize those cultural power, only according to Capitalism principle idea, that rating is for the present made on this essay. But probably Indio culture by itself must have been based on own stone culture as well as South East Asian ones. By the way, Japan had only castle building architecture is either using stone partially, as architectural basis and castle wall, but building by itself is plaster and wood culture abiding assets.
