Why we are seing other one's reason to exist according to the one's status means our unconcerned, indifferent attitude to other pesron, this factor is the biggest reason to assess generally other person. Because we are too busy at everything only for own survival to have capacity to hold interest to not so concerned other one's data.

And words in understanding society, other person's opinion, or so must be dependent on very plain our mind desicion to negect all things except very important matters for us, personally.

Originally notional understanding must intend to grasp all not so important items so far at very rationally expedient understanding, because nobody could be involced with every important role nor perticipation.

Then, eventually our society thing could be seen so emotional gathering, or mass, just at relatively stable situation, any citizen could be so peaceful, but at very confused and hardships or economically and politically difficulty, each one is not so peaceful, only that truth must manage all countries.

In other words, emotion must be descisive factor to make general opinion in politically democratic questioning around social reality. In terms of this level debate, necessarily our mind holding notion must depend on our averaged indifference and interest in balance, and only generally seen thing could be notion, then notion means our not passionate cognition toward all items in society. Hence unexpectedly notion is important for thinking so deeply about our world as human society, than truth, because truth is anytime so intrinsicly meaning, but notion is anytime accompany our externally dealing items we can never neglect.

With these analysis, we can judge that at understanding words meaning, notion is very publicly generally understood and shared normal consensus, meanwhile, truth words intending context or strategical message is anytime so personal claiming stress or kind of sue, or seriously taken true mind.

Then notion is averaged standard we could use at expedient procedure, on the other hand, meaning, signification or identity are all so honest and personal, then notional emotion tends to be anytime neutral or inbetween, but meant and signified must intend to be personally integral. We human-being must discern both symmetrical mind grasp as each different item for taking advantage of our communication.

In conclusion, emotionally awoken from passion or modestely concessive attitude makes and needs notion, and emotionally absorbed and passionate concern and attachment makes and needs meaning in indentifying, we could say so.
