Ultimately we could regard our global society in confusion in next undeniable reality we'd admit and accept,

〇Any dictatorship applying countries' reigning top leaders could have so false idea otherwise kind of fantasy or misunderstanding that only one absolutely empowered peson could control everything, in other words, at these persons' mind, probably the idea that we all as any individual superior one must have only so definitely limited view and really mobilizable ability to make the one engaged in any speciality must be decisively lack and completely absent at taking in mind.

〇In other words, we all have personally only very restricted narrowed domain, and honestly accepting that truth and admitting the truth must be the least must we have to accompany and attend in mind, so personally. Namely to what we all personally are just only blind surfer in world no matter how we personally have strong right, priviledge in our own reality, in other words, sincerely and honestly recognized and obey in admittance.

〇And that so plainly undeniable truth must be adopted either to any top leader in not only poor powerful countries, not progressed economically financially powered countries but also the most progressively economically, financially powered coutries.

Memorandum; To any governor in world, only understanding that anybody is just blind surfer, that must be so tiny but great one step for advancing their own idea.
