Necessarily easily admitting exception is very dangerous, and its idea must be convincing, nevertheles very specifically exceptionally emergent situation could be rarely possible.
Though for dealing with that kind of occasion, another legal deal or emergent occasionally realizable law should be thought so deliberately but so positively.

Because US is just either ordinary common country, but it's the world democratic and capitalsm's liberal representative, top leader country in whole world.

Necessarily, for doing so, at any levelled organization, gathering any superior professional elite ones, we should debate about it, so honestly.

❇Eventually, around all those issue, anytime one very typical worldwide hegenomic relevance must come around any citizen's reality. That must be West and East worldwide hostility and political crisis in terms of military presence and private entarprizes' globally spread influencing power.

❇Taking account of all those issues, we should create the occasion to argue about those from very ordinary daily routine, either from education site level in each micro unit, by ourselves positively.

❇By the way, those kinds of suggestion must be secured for anyone in world as long as the one is general citizen in this global community.
