That is time is not consistent as necessarily as space is.
Space is as long as this universe could be existing, is not moving, at least at restricted range of spatial quantity. But time itself is at another phase. Because its identiy relies on mortal presence, that's why immortal presence only transcedes time.

After all, to our communication, having mind to make utterance in having saying action, when we feel now, even if try to indicate its now, it must have time rag, as tiny but exact delay.
Bergson tried to expressn its phenomenon.

Though any indicated mentioning act must mean mentioning around past thing.
However, at least at analytical philosophy's interpretation, only what we hold an idea as exact conviction could never be regarded communicative substance. Because it could never be evidenced it is truth or not, just with truth, any legal order, juridical truth must never accept any what only mind could generate. Tha's why juridicature consist in only descriptive data, or evidence.

However, upper indicated order of juridiction, or administration of justice is either dependent on subjective credibility consequently. Because our human world consequently uttering form at court. That fact shows our society's limitation around keeping absolutely fair and objective appearance. Because if we try to have court only through description, its proceeding must output injustice. Even if we try to prevent it from generating and use internet or any transmitting method, it'd generate another cheating.

Though any court activity must never switch that articulating and uttering order into another form.

Anyway, at least in terms of brain science, any now must have gap between first thought moment and its internally switching into word as "now".

TIME MUST HAVE ANOTHER DIMENTIONAL NATURE against SPACE.

IT CONSISTS IN NOT FIXED, NOT POSITIONED.

Meanwhile, SPACE IS AS LONG AS we mention OUR SRIVIVAL ZONE (then, fundamentally outer space is excluded) NOT MOVE by itself.

These things could deduce next truth.

TIME IS NOT SUBSTANCE at least AS SPACE CONSISTS IN.
Becane TIME MUST BE IDENTIFIED as For BEING, ADAPTED in TRANSITIVE NATURE.

In other words, TIME mus MEAN not SUBSTANCE, but is BEING'S ONE NATURE.
Because, IF TIME IS DEFINED as SUBSTANCE,  SPACE and MATERIAL's IDENTITY could DISAPPEAR. 
Though, our concept or notion "SUBSTANCE" means just EXPEDIENCY.

Because, both time and being are expedient dual cognition. Then necessarily OTHEWISE, REAL ASPECT of UNIVERSE could never be DIVIDED into Being and Time, nevertheless, we dare to have dual cognition adopting Space and Time in combination.

However, OTHERWISE, more Credible never SPACE nor TIME as truly substantial or truly absolutely Matching Concept could have been existing.

However, so far, that is never found to Our Cognition.
