In other words, NOTICE, CONCENTRATION to war itself, heroically mutually war passion must be excited.

Appendix; Rather damaged extent stronger one could be instigated into thorough resistance. In heated up of reporting, invaded sided one must never admit defeat, in other words, if Ukraine should be rescued by world conscience, President of Ukraine should call any military soldier to surrender, no other way must be there.
