In one very stably managed group, any outted, dropped out ones are necessarily the object to look over, in other words, for the ones who want to keep them at stable group belonging position, looking over any loser is the least condition.

And only the ones who could not do that must be the least condition to become messenger for the future days to all of us.

In other words, messenger's role must be the stance never to neglect any outed one's yelling.

Because group must function to make any belonging one take self guarding posture. And for sustaining the stance, any belonging must have surveillance censoring eyes to any other member.

That's the ultimate group's essence and constitution.

Our nowadays are featured at being strongly anxiety instigating emergent crisis sharing. COVID, warfare and importion and exportation disorder, economic crisis's very obvious premonition are so deeply drifting in front of anybody in this globe.

Necessarily, these all are concerned with group's order's maliciously assaulting malfunction to our reality.

Necessarily, rather because of these days' those so negative factors, we otherwise should make more positive lyrics and songs and sing them in positive emotion.

However, synchnically, we should review our socially integral group's essence and its dealing method so earnestly.

In other words, for all ones belonging to own group, shelter should be submitted and provided in emergently, in not only left winged ideology bua also more effective preventive method for any employee to apply so easily.

That subjective dialogue should be taken with managers sided ones and general employees.

In malfunctioned company, previously mutual safety net should be prepared for to any sided one.
