To some obvious extent, only percussion and drums are completely deferentiated dimensional instruments. Because it must depend on each rhythmic part cutting premise in running, that nature is never attended at horn section and strings section. 

Its nature in frank ritual nature, not only enjoyably playing element must be there. That can never make stream, because rhythm by itself must make only each hit, each stroked impulse mutually cutting, and it means beat. The nature must be copy of our heart pulse. 

Against it, definitely strings are having own streaming effect. The difference is so remarkably unnegelectable. However, what makes us feel or interpret those mutual gaps as instrumental nature difference with percussion and strings, and necessarily except harmony, any keyboard instrument has the similar nature with percussion.

Very simply, rhythmic running is definitely so consciously making own cutting tempo by our own heart and mind. What melody by itself can have essence is probably not cutting conscious mind, but rhythm is never so, perfectly cutting intention to running serially made time. Beat means definitive cutting in any running time.

Though music playing thing is mutually very contradictory two conscious playings conscious matching action. Because melody by itself tries to be made in naturally heard stream. But rhythm is never that typed action. Because it must kill any time running, that object attended action is rhythm. Though essentially, music thing is contradictory nature action. 

In other words, music playing substantially has own mystifying, or kind of cheating consciousness to any simply contacting listeners, and hearing customers.
