Usually, very well and neatly arranged logics or idea, as the performance is regarded so positively, nevertheless, the case is not always universally so. In other words, often, rather than so constantly completed, roughly completed that state could be better or even almost so closer or the closest to the best, even the case could not be rare nor exceptional. 

In other words, the case we regard the best rather than not that well completed, positively very the best incompleted could be possible, far from it, the case is never so exceptional. 

Particularly in terms of academic value or so. It displays that there are very many commonplace completed matters and to it, we are never moved nor so.
