¬’s ¬ is Not ∀ nor ∃ is just denial act which means indication to act's necessity. 

In other words, being's indication must transcend quantification. That means recognizable recognition and  being conscious driven dimensional distinction.

¬’s ¬ = ∀ or ∃

means just  calculating expediency.

means affirmating, but with so simply factual interpretation. This dimension consists in ∀
Toward it, ∃ must mean metaphyisical recogntion to us.

What ¬’s ¬ is Not ∀ nor ∃ means that being signification must transcend operation.
And it signified that our mind could never be replaced to another.

If that thing should be formulated with logical symbols, it could be like next.

∃≠ ∀, {x | P(x)}

Why we define consists in what we must be aware of anything only with cognitive notice and it means even that being aspect could be known to just our cognitive intuitive  consciousness, and without it, we have no idea nor no thought and its making act.

However, this debate's direction could be unseen there, in terms of really tangible our own  sense to being itself, because that sensing and its grip has so tough gap, because former is  just transcendence to grasp, but latter must be indication to it, and the thing by itself and its indication has so tough gap which could never be so easily embeded with something.
