To us, externally confirmable and convincingly certain perception and cognition are made by our internally keeping idea as mind state and occasionally we signifies them all immanently,
but that is not synthsizing mind nor summarizing it neither.

To our mind, all outside and spatially extent cognitively confirmable all must be our mind reigning world, its nature is managed with phenomenal cognitive mind.

On the contrary, rather our very internally keeping mind must be reflective idea and very strong consciousness, notice, attention, and concern to externally deployed all materialistic and concrete everything.

Our mind and its perception to really realized everything, anytime at a relevance or reciprocity which can easily be replaced and mutually takes the place of another.

Inside and outside are at some significant view, but very ambiguously combined together, and to it, we just judge that internally and externally made at fusion or combined, but that interpretation is too rough to convince us enough at satisfaction.

Even if its interpreted reality is not lie, but more credibly trustworthy interpretation must exist and just it could hide itself otherwise, we just short-sighted view made by us, because we don't afford to take so much time only for very abstractive subject, usually in daily life.

Only what we can judge so superficially is what we'd probably be isolated at world itself as its infinitely subsequently generating in time running, if we don't see that dual things could not exist in front of us, only the idea could be outputted so necessarily, we'd regard it as natural. Because we probably could take the best knowhow at catching the best timing for evading any segregated circumstance at least at our own understandable and comprehensively penetrating meaning for real life.

Nevertheless, that dualty with outside and inside, or externally and intermally must ignore all our mindful presence.
In other words, these so easy duality is based on materialistically concrete cognitive sense.
Though, necessarily, substance and our mind which produces also notion and concept could never be distinguished so clearly, at least to our analytical mind and its outputting and utilizing idea to us.

In other words, we'd daringly discern both two items as duality, these things could make us only ambivalent aspect.
Those all developpable ideas must be made at the idea that our mind must have own identity just caused from its working aspect as mirror reflecting every externally present thing.
Nevertheless, we otherwise unconsciously look for and find out the most convenient tool for understanding all things so rationally and that found tool could be a mirror providing very clearly discerned at both refecting thing and reflected things at that exampled mirror.

Next is just my own idea, and very intuitively indwelling idea to me, but I want to show here, now.
At the matter of fact, any extended spatial field or so infinitely spreading vacume and genuinely only air or so (at least at the earth, at universe, only nitrogen mainly minmally componental materials) covering blank could otherwise very ardently needs any small material and even very momentarily coming up phenomenal matter at meeting each concretely present object.

Allegorically, either just material could need dialoge partner, or so.
Certainly, any major thing could be composed with so many minor things in mutual meeting, but that must be just one of concretely observable view, we'd say so.

How can we so smartly and correctly see and observe everything?

Like my suggestion, minor thing wants to meet major thing, on the contrary, major thing wants to meet them simultaneously, that interpreting aspect could not be so only fantasy at our delusive mind tendency.
It makes sure needs time must be indespensable at these mutual meetings and we can measure their relevance so scientifically really our ancestors could have done so.

At these serially deployed views' context, either our notion and conceptual understanding must be caused from our cognitively affirmable and surely confirmable view demanding in our mind. Because we either want our mind comprehend and undersand everything so clearly, and very ambiguously unsolved mind left to us must never be our instinctively not permissive at least at our questing mind.

Consequently, we can for the present judge that our cognitively awareness could prefer to regarding our grasp at externally opened aspect with cognitive substance in catching our own interpretation around externally opened world and us, but at this medium, we are obliged to opt our mind intrinsically and substantially equipeed mirror function with own work and role for our daily acting in judging at daily spent life.

And that true reason is so simple that we need no deepened analysis so far now, it is because no mind equipped thing not like us could never have nor notice substantial cognition to anything. However, that conclusion must ready for us another question we have to address ourselves to analyze and solve substantially cognitive things and our mind in relevance and reciprocity with precise inspection.
