To very sizably bigger pets than us, otherwise, not at pet animals, we could use "pretty".
E.g. to gorilla. with the reason in spite of their sizably bigger, never yet just rather their so bigger sturdiness, symmetrically their merciful or affectionate nature could stand out, then to them we use also "pretty".
