Ideal is shortage attending wish to satisfied quantity.

Shortage itself could not wish to get satisfaction. Because it'd be one of satisfaction.

Just ones who regard something as shortage needs ideal.
Though ideal is either desire by the ones who sees shortage.

Needing is made of shortage to the ones who senses it.

Satisfied ones need no needing, but even for them, missing shortage could be kind of another needing except cold-blooded satisfied ones.
Nevertheless generally they'd not get it so well, because pulling back to rich home is their pedigree's instinct.
