Academic circle originally should take fair assessement around any index and numerically analyzable indication. Nevertheless, that activity is very affected by national political circumstance, that very sorry reality is very similar to bureaucrats' circle.

Additionally any academic study subjective domain actually has own circumstance at daring to ignore any individually attending each one's personal problem. Because they could have necessity to get so steadily enough grant from government.
Therefore, necessarily, only very managementally so enriched organization could guide each academic study's advancement.

Politically proclaimed ideology e. g. by US tells any other country, China's winter Olympic games in harsh criticizing. Nevertheless, governmental high positioned one was showing encourragement to China's government. Because they confront Russia's so outrageous(at least to the government of US) symptom to invade Ukline, nevertheless, huge GAFAM or so has own advantage around spatial project to universe with artificial satelite or any universe's spatial activity, must need cooperation to Russia. Though among astronauts, indespensably learned languages are English and Russian.
Though essentially each circle's selfish circumstance moves any global trend and each very arbitrarily generated social change as stance around any item.

In other words, anything is going on only selfish advantageous strategy by any country, and anytime, general citizens' intention, opinion, or any believing stance and convincing remarks are easily neglected.

Academic circle has own stance to take subdividable intention, though any our mind's problematic issue is dealt with their professional circumstance around influencing range and domain each is in charge of, though there has own neglection to general citizens' simple question.
Summarizing it, after all, any organization's own circustance anytime is preceded.

Necessarily if somebody wants to gain ground at some domain, that each domain's gap could be taken advantage of their intention, nevertheless, that practicing ability must need so richer assets and financing power, thus, eventually any our general citizens' honest question around anything could be left only to very powered partial huge enterprizes' arbitrary investing decision or not been done so.

Japan's NHK broadcasts a lot of the Beijing Winter Olympics because it is a national broadcast, but commercial broadcasters decide to ignore the Olympics themselves in protest against it advocating the US anti-China political policy (the issue of human rights violations of the Uighurs). However, on the contrary, he ignores the pure feelings of players from his own country and from other countries, and at the same time as China, he loses the reputation of the country. Politics and the activities of individual athletes are separate issues.
That reality is at least to me, seems to be lamentable, because athletes and olympic games' concerned ones' own genuine spirit and their respectful efforts are irrelevant with those politically hegemonic issues.

To academism, I'd like to claim that our personal mind issue and academic research and analysis are mutually very interracted, and to political concerned ones, politically integral issue should be separated from each athlets sport spirit and motivation.

Truly the kind of claiming message should be abstinated as much as possible at my claiming, at the matter of fact, I want to tell them all, but just unconvinced, or unconvincing simple question is left behind to my mind, too.
Though, around these issues, I want to keep it from practicing formally series continuation for the present, minimally I'd like to make it only emergent bulletin, but just I want nowadays' global community so calmed down on reasonable judgement.
