Until these days, almost mainly only European common sense must have been chosen at any content as the facts around historical matter or so.
Nevertheless, probalby so many minority ethnic group's ideas could have either convincing content or interpretation around even natural scientific domain.

Contemporary capitalism and democratic citizenship's ideas are all caused from so called "Old Continent", but that idea is only inclined to several units belong to these regions.

E.g. certainly Ukrine crisis is partially triggered by the President Putin, but simultaneously next fact is not easily neglected.
Many minorities in Russia have reached the status quo at the end of the wandering history. Their lives will surely be seriously damaged if they become NATO in Europe and America. In other words, President Putin is planning to revive the Soviet Union because he knows it and wants to prevent Russia from becoming NATO at all costs. The argument is not unfounded.

The greatest commonality between Russia and China is that they also have a large number of ethnic minorities, and they are all surprisingly willing to take the politics of the past and are quite happy. In other words, utopia, which is not found in Western liberalism, certainly exists in Russia and China. The global media has dared to ignore it. It's a big problem, but the world is also silent.

International human rights groups, the United Nations, and Western countries have all accused the Uighur tribe of China of being overrun. Although the treatment of them is problematic, the Uighurs have a large population and naturally join the Taliban and al-Qaeda. If they do not pledge allegiance to China, the domestic order will be in turmoil. It also has a negative impact on other ethnic minorities.

Looking at the world from a bird's-eye view, the following problems are creating disorder in the undecided world. It is a reckless conflict between capitalism and communism, lack of human rights considerations for minorities in general, economic orderly exploitation of Western capital into Africa and Latin America, a biased press attitude that is only favorable to the Western camp of the media, and ultimately. Global corporate world domination that benefits only US wealthy people.

Naturally, the indigenous peoples who still live in the United States have a historical lifestyle similar to that of ethnic minorities in China and Russia. It is a lifestyle that shares factors in common with the Andean minorities in the Chilean-Argentina border. However, ignoring it in every country, the media and all ideas are run mainly on the civil life of the general liberal camp.

Latin America is now in an era of exploitation competition with US and Chinese capital for more than 20 years. Most Westerners want to see Latin America as unwelcome to China's economic spillover power. But it's part of the whole population, and it's also more comfortable to rule in China for Quechua-speaking ethnic minorities. But it is ignored by the media.

Let's make subject return to first stage again.

In general, local station reports which are broadcast only to local residents in one country also announce the ethnic identity of the victims who entered, but when the national broadcasting media conveys information on the victims one by one, it is said that each ethnic group Since there is a risk of inciting internal conflicts, they will try to report only about content as much as possible. Necessarily that truth and each regional habitants' circumstance and advantage are mutually so harshly divided.
Necessarily naton levelled report could be obliged to cut any precise content, but truly to each regional habitans, only that must be indespensable.

Eventually, geographical circumstance and condition must impact whole totalized national policy and convenience, and that reality reported nation wide content makes is probalby superficial at each one's critically indespensable importance. There would be only very averaged commonplace aspect appearing.

However, at the matter of fact, there must be our the most important factor to pick up and grapple with.

First suggesion around "Spatial Memory" could mean either each reginoal citizen's own mind and curcustance in relevance with spatially essential principle and that impacting each one's life reality.
