If we have no need to discrininate the things we should or must keep secret and not that thing, we would not have two typed verbs in our language. But really we have obviously two type of verbs in language and we use them in clear discrimination.

Not moving indicative verbs intend to have, keep in mind, not publicizing to anyone. 

But moving indicative verbs are used for show, display the case what we have hn mind and tell to anybody except us.

We actually have the case that about some things we should not tell to anybody, though we have two typed of verbs with "keeping only in mind" typed verbs, and not that "sending messages to any other one" typed verbs.

And actually we usually according to each case's character, we try to use both typed verbs which is discriminating each case's intrinsic nature. Thus we have both "not speaking nor telling only think in mind, remember, recollect, deliberate, consider or so" and "display doing so" as two typed verbs too.

（A）speak, tell, talk, inform, report, or so as SPEAKING, TELLING VERBS.

  (B)  think, deliberate, consider, picture, or so as NOT SPEAKING, TELLING VERBS.

If now we arbitrarily discriminate those each differentiated verbs with TALKING VERBS and keeping silence abiding own KEEPING SILENCE VERBS, but another definition is shown like next. Suppositive category could be permitted to submit.

(1) SOCIALLY DIRECTLY SUBJECTIVE VERBS

 

(2) SOCIALLY INDIRECTLY SUAJECTIVE VERBS

Again former definitive item is pulled,

⭕ KEEPING SILENCE VERBS （or SILENCE KEEPING VERBS), AS "NOT FOR COMMUNICATION"

⭕TALKING VERBS, AS "JUST FOR COMMUNICATION"

Though from this moment on, why don't we call as definition, to former, VERBS NOT FOR COMMUNICATION, and to latter, VERBS FOR DIRECT COMMUNICATION.

Think around upper mutual discrimination, though next diagram must be outputted.

E.g. think about verb, THINK.

⭕ THINKING EXPRESSION SHOWN TO SOMEBODY is DEFINITELY "DISADVANTAGEOUS"

Though, necessarily, AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE "NOT SHOWING UPPER EXPRESSION DISPLAY around thinking", in other words, to the partner, "TO KEEP TRUE MIND NOT KNOWN BY THE DIALOGUE PARTNER" could be ADVANTAGEOUS. 

Upper situation means RELUCTANT to be KNOWN to the ONE, "WANTING to KEEP SECRET." AND that must be VERBS OWN CATEGORICAL TYPED VOCABULARY'S BIRTH REASON.

After all, those mind's processes could be replaced with next truth. 

That is KEEPING SILENCE is the MOST ADVANTAGEOUS STRATEGY.
