〇According to the degree of excluding different thing, immunity must be reduced.

〇Although, for making us able to co-exist to different thing, in a process to adopt us to its co-existence, some degree of sacrificed ones in us must output.

〇Simultaneously we continue to exclude different things, that differentiated character things must get withstanding character for resisting its suppression, eventually, we could never accomplish elimination to the evolution by regarded differentiated things.

〇With these truths, we could never walk nor step to the future in no having any sacrifice when occasionally we take exclusion to difference and take it in co-existence, its destined things must hinder our proceeding in no contradiction.

〇In conclusion, we must be obliged to look for the best method reacting each distinct threat in thinking of how we can adopt the best strategy, in watching all circumstances in world.

〇In other words, in order to take the best balance in preserving the exclusion and co-existence synchronically, we have to coordinate according to instant situation, in no taking radical alternative.

Memo: In a case of new typed corona virus taking us in quarantine and its release, we can admit the same circumstance. We must discover the same law either in limitation to entering in as emergent legal procedure, and its decision must be applied to either ethnically identified definition as nationality’s character or governmental idea, or so.
