One indegenous environment is to an extent so decissive in choosing some act when the one is required to do the job or mission. But that elemental factor is at a degree forcible, the one's voluntary it is another, we can regard it so, but e.g. the one's ethnic identity, or inherent quarufication as DNA composition or so is usually, to the one, never so conscious, very for the one, unknown, only vaguely aware of it, but if the one gets to be accompanied with some customary success in experiencing missioned job, then the one gradually gets the one's specialty as gift from the one's ancestor, but if we previously know it as parents or so, half bind our son or daughter, in elite education, that trial would not always succeed, eventually, all doings must be so well only with the one's voluntary will or motivation, that thing must tell us that if we want to make our children grow so well, we should respect and treat the one's true interest and passion.

Then, if we want to raise the elite ones for society, we should take the method to drive and pull out from the one, so possitively in no bound, regulated educating emvironment.  For meeting it, we should prepare the chance to select for educated ones as student, trainees or so.

Condition does never make the one so conscious to the one's own talent, in other words, we should provide the chance and field to promote the one find out true nature or talent by the oneself, that subjectivity must bring up the one by the oneself. 

Eventually, finding own talent is the most integral method to make growth for anybody.
Showing true fruitful work publicly means accompanying finding joy for the showing one, because human is consistently spontaneous presence, it means the reason to be present in society. Only happy contribution to society must gain ground in public values. 

Only bound to duty or mission feeling, doing everything with it must never communicate to society and people in it.

Serving society and people could be practiced only at happy and enjoyable acting one's emotion and actuating mind.
