As the first action, let us insepct the nature of number. 
Number is besed on the most typical nature, it must be fixed and do not move to any other number. Then it's essentially based on the idea that number should be fixed and its nature must never change nor be chaged. But that nature is extraordinarily exceptional and either it must never be applied to nature world. Because nature world has no number, and it must consistently move and change itself, even one moment could never have only fixed state. In  other words, nature by itself by nature has no number. Because number itself must function only for measuring nature world changing aspect.

Additionally number is perfectly independent to another numbers all, each number is completely shredded, that means that number is only exceptional index to cover all natural phenomenal occurence. 
Number's decisive nature is first each number is independent to each other, but simultaneously at one number has many elements and each element is either other number. necessarily any element must be each independent, nevertheless with there gathering, completely independent another nature must generate.

Essentially number is index, then its nature must never be impacted by any time transiting every phenomenon, however nature must be impacted with time transiting accompanying all nature's elemental moving and reacting to each other.
Then, eventually number must be tool to cover all inspective evidencing.
Only real world with time and space must be capable to any kind of accidental unexpected uncertainty. Toward it, number must be index or in decator to measre our world's all nature phenomena.

However, if we try to grasp all our world's changing and time recording transiting nature, only number could be trustworthy for evidencing preciseness of outputted index and indicator.

In conclusion, number's decisive nature is each number's each componental elemental  nature must be swtiched by each combination according to which numbers could be gathered as combinating condition, e.g. even number and odd number, or so.

These truths must evidence that when we deal with really realized nature world aspect as the object to inspect or analyze, we have the sole method to fulfill it,(it must be what) we must use only fixed index and it must be what must never be changed by itself, only it must be necessary.
These explicable interpretation means two simmetrical elements' appearance we can easily confirm. One is consistently changing nature itself and another is absolutely by itself never changing index. 

However time itself must be perfectly another nature thing, we could understand easily. Because it by itself could never change the nature (at this case, Einstein's theory of relativity(Relativitätstheorie, German)must be regarded so exceptional phenomenon, never yet, even time's length must obey all relativity, then it could be regarded that it must never change by itself). Neverthless it must cover all nature by nature changes at no intervention.
Thus, time's nature must be decisively different from e.g. number. Because number must never intervene any nature's changing at time scale, but only time is perfectly exceptional, then time's particular nature as it must never change by itself must be vert exceptional and in terms of its interpretation, number's perfect nature as being tool to measure and time's essen tial nature must be perfectly mutually independent or more to say, isolated nature.

Because time must be the complition never to intervene in terms of really realized power, but to anything of nature it must relate and concern, because nothing must be present not to be related nor concerned with time. 

Then, we can easily conclude that there must be three typed of system we can easily find in our usual and daily normal life. It is that one is nature with us, the first, and for explicating and elucidating we use number as the second. And last thing as the third is time. 
There we can set triple perfectly independent factors as the component of our world. Number is used by only us, time's intepretation is only ours, but it must relate and concern all materials and creature. World as universe with the earth is for all things in this planet with any material. If we rationalize our idea it must be replaced to nature. 

For the present, we could set the integral and cardinal three elements for understanding triple each independent element. At Part4, we could get the truth that time's transiting systematixc nature must make us output the diagram 〇ΙΙ◎Ι◉. That displayed order might have been relevant with this time's conclusion. 

At our consciousness, only now as◎could be applicable to the universe, or world as being so called, nature in terms of the way to be present at three dimensioned items. 
And very easily we could see, necessarily number is applicable to the passed all things as what to be confirmed only with memory and record as 〇 past. Because only number is product by past all measurable evidence's sumup or kind of any phenomenal inspective necessity needing index as aggregate outputting tool. 
And the last ◉ only could be applicable to time, because it must never shredded as being seamless. 

By the way, if this universe could disappear, necessarily time itself must be deleted, because time must need presence, any being. Then if another universe must have given generation, that thing essentially different dimensioned to our universe, then that universe and this our universe has no relevance, relation and connection. (This debate's essential explicable paper is On the Plurality of Worlds by David Kellog Lews) Then eventually if another universe was made to generate, even if it could be just after our universe's dissappearance, otherwise, one billion years later of our universe's disappearance, essentially no ploblem, because originally its this earth standard must never be applied at this case, and it must be evidenced with the absolute nature of all as time must need presence as being so called nature, latter is the same to time, then nothing as resulted conditon after this universe's disappearance must have no time. In other words, any nature must be only with time accompanying, then no time nature must be the same to nothing, in terms of nature's intepretation as essence.
