〇Peace and fairness or evenness could never be compatible.

〇Absolute fairness or evenness means probably only admitting fair competition. Competition could be tough fight.

〇Probably tough fight could make the most superior one's victory and human's prosperity.
Of course, that fight must need abstention.

〇Compromise could be necessary. But really we can do so only at the moment we need the other one mutually. Then we have no compromise from the beginning, after we have mutually so problematic matter at annoyable situation and once have accord, that trial could be efficient together.

〇Accord could be made midst fight. Fight is one of basic premise to start negotiation, of course, fight levell should be hostile.
And inspection to originally hostile sided one is necessary, around all ones move and act in rivalry relation.

〇The one who could be suitable or eligible to take charge of arbitration between mutually hostile ones must be the one whose stance and beleif or really facing situation and circumstance are on distanced position to each side and to anything so indiffrent one or ones.
