Group's Nature Part1

Every group conventionally initiation. Deciprenary regulation is waiting for all new commers.
In other words, all welcoming ceremony means simultaneously punishment's execution's acceptance. That is the membership of group.


I have no idea about any organization, company, but at least very cardinal elemental aspect, even I can imagine, because also I am not so younger generation one.


Initiation's origin was probably made at very ancient eras to human, and its nature's remains could be confirmed at even contemporary age.
And as described at movie masterpice "Colors" directed by Denis Hopper, gangsters' world initiation must have bodily sanction, or so as lesson, warning, good example sent from elder, senior members to younger, junior ones. Necessarily e.g. legal world has probably no bodily just mentally and spiritually pressuring to newcomers( they have so insidious bullying ), namely each group has each distinct rule to give lesson to newcommers, it's the nature of our world as social reality.


In other words, eventually any group has each diffrent typed, so conventionally very mentally so persistent resentment. Necessarily its thing could be applied to nation, country, ethnic group, regional people, either.


That thought shows us that our society has nature with which any member has personal surviving desire, and hope of getting success at achievement, but so necessarily every member could not get all so wonderful fruit at the work, or so, necessarily very many members have setback at doing job, or human relation, and their minds could have disappointment, disillusion, and discontent or so.
Namely group by itself could have own memory, but simultaneously each personal member could do so. Consequently, all these accumulations could have any member accompanied with own mind and idea to belonging group, so personally. That personal mind could include aspect of society, and human nature. In other words, these personal interest to job site by itself could make any member the view around society, it necessarily means own country's social aspect and either so universally held mentality by any country, so synchronically in mind and its showing could be embodied at social site at anyplace else we can witness.


I we try to ummarize these sentences with some developed interpretation, each group has each so distinctive nature, that thing is so natural, but simultaneously, any group has very sharably universal nature together, so each thing in accordance, that thng means the gap between publically compulsively obliged matter and so personal mind really sensitive reacting aspect could never be distinguished nor so easily divided mutually, we could conclude for the present at this debating term or proposition.


Necessarily, each group owes to so specialty driving unique character, but to that very exceptional feature, any member could have unexpectedly so cooler objective point of view, either, and that thing could drive us a certain conviction that unique conventional habit, in terms of initiation, and lesson, or human relation must bind us as own membership, but that belonging consciousness must be so normally commonplace but either so amazingly questionable modus ponens at this society as human world.


Each tradition could make us driven to own questioning to mind, that must be kind of group's memory's so tough binding to each personal member, and possibly only it could actuate us just make us mobilized at any site, and in being absorbed with any mission, any member could have some strange sensation that each publicly recognaizable mind and very personally meta-cognitive mind in mutually divergence, and that very distanced dimensional sensitiviey could make us so own perosnal character.


For instance, any person could have no certain idea which any effort to group is effectively so successful or not as so ineffective. Probalby until the last moment for us, so personally only that unidentified and unsolved mind issue is left to the one person's deathbed.


World itself, from the beginning, has been imperfect, its nature originally has very incompete character, because world is so with the reason that what human is complete and perfection could never be given a chance to make it done, because human itself originally doesn't need it so ideally nor practically in any site in society. Then consequently human's any group as society's basic unit has very typical nature element, it must be secrecy and domestiicity to make clear distinction from inside to outside, as internally closed to outside, but externally displaying so opened, that asymmetrical absolutely set premise, in other words, that makes sense that any member has own caluculation, but at the same time, in spite of mutual mind's gap, but in terms of opened publicity, any company, gathering must make pretending to be at absolutely accord and solidarity, just these facts must evidence our world's imperfection. Otherwise, rather its so ultimate flexibilty or kind of fructuation means so naturally rational expedinently reactive alive perfection, not belonging to brain understandable logical perfection.


Any group has own tacit premise, that must be habitual usage and conventional unwritten law. At the matter of fact, any group has own rule and regulation, so arbitrarily with each member's positive consensus. Initiation's nature at convention is not exceptional.


If our made society as world is so incomplete and imprefect, we necessarily have some kind of arbitrary mind's compromise at any job spot, and consequently, we set so conclusion that we have no choice but enjoying its uniquely recognizable imperfection or incompletion of social all doings, and admitting its reality, we could have a chance to configulate us with own position so personally and publicly only for belonging group. In conclusion, only discovering own amusement at work in group must be our the best approaching method to assimilate us with group order, and ultimate object and aim to contribute the group must be the settled criterion for the present, any member could be awoken to its truth.


Then, necessarily our social any group's nature must consist in its half implicit and half explicit law, in terms of these definition, any group must be so ambivalent presence, then anybody must engage the one in any social activity, in other words, only that thing must be so absolute consensus to anybody, that is the proof of human.
Group's nature belongs to the implicit commonense, means that we all should share pain, and so gloomy sour reality, to any kind of pungent and so smarting gap feeing, we try to fix or coordinate our very delicately derailed our tracking and rectifying all so incorrect direction, in doing all, we could identify our own presence through all empirically practical doings.

Memorandum; As shown at these sentences' interpreting explannation, we would admit internally not only our each personal absurdity but also group's so funny imperfect nature in absurdity, and if we had no awareness like these, we personally could take part in any gathering and any group activity, rather so positively.
