Because any human individual has own and never sharable justice and its truth to any other cultural and civiizational zone belonging ones, so essentially.

In other words, to human presence, this 20century must have proved that any seen universally justice and its truth had been only fantasy.

Really that consequence's dragging direct cause must be relatively reducing power and globally coverable US's and United Nation's hegemonic and strategical arbitration's power's reduction and setback are unexceptional.

That was evidenced with this time's military evacuation from Afganistan.

This historical fact must settle us have an idea that any seen universal justice scheme must never be able to unify all people in world.

From the beginning, being universal by itself could be arbitrarily relative according to each individual.Though, if we try to find some decisively prominent truth, our cultural nationally historical and religeously and regionally motivated ethically and humanistically just idea and justice itself must never be unified so globally.

Because at the same mono-theism, each very distinctively independent to each other with Judaism, Christianity, Islamism.

Therefore, if we consider some very urgently integral our all human's common questions must be religeously implanted our inevitable own destiny, mutually, then, possible scheme as globally universal ethics should be thought through admitting mutual decisively gapped realities. 

and with what scheme we should and could debate around universality any human individual could use and rely on. Because anybody must be given birth by parents.

And the most important questionable question is originally to what we should regard so as universal. That criterion is yet established.

To relatively for the ones whose infantile days' memory was wonderful, our personally familiar mind home as own homeland must be our own beautiful memory. However, necessarily even culturally own habit in each difference and mother language in learning as socially general conventional custom or so must never be so small to almost ones.
