To secure our own position or own given mission, how we can have stance?

One way is doing own job and no other thing should never taken so much.

Another is not only first stance but also one team, section, unit's own carried situation.

Necessarily, both stances could be necessarily overlapped, nevertheless, at taking own basic stance, what reason could be thought so proper and valid?

Originally, what does own mission and stance we should apply?

What case we should take care of other one in one unit?

By the way, these questions have necessity to define how we should take mutual relevance for cooperation together?

What stance to take is appropriate for having ideal distance to any other crew otherwise mutual familiarity and nationality?

From the beginning, according to how we regard our own mission and that mission abiding criterion or norm, necessarily how we sustain own habitual course and reason must be questioned so necessarily.

Then, there, let me suppose that how we sustain these must be identified or signified otherwise justified must depend on to what we subjectitvely can believe in according to personal life road.

In other words, we can't do so well anything in not having so credibly sustainable identified judgement around setting own mind and not found clearly conviction around what option we personally can rely on, probably we can never address to any missioned work.

And if we can have conviction around them, at least some confidence around what to do for our subjective own creed is truly confirmable to us, personally, that condition must never be excluded.
