Any powerless citizen is obliged to concern own hegemonic race in irresistible force even at any unit and any habitual and settling municipality to the one.

Every technological machine and gadget, terminal and city zone own technological device has no option but being mobilized and controlled by globally hegemonic relevance abiding personal option at any occasion.

That reality's suffering object by our global community must never discrimate anyone in either disabled ones, gender mimority ones, refugees, soldiers, politicians, bureaucrats, deplomats, academic circle belongings and any categorization.

Only globally schemed technological structure and mutual reciprocity and infrastructure abiding systematic scientific order and its admission from each citizen all are advocating no deliberated momentary and instant reaction. 

And nobody must never be responsible at any outcome and only perfectly irresponsible contradiction's sighs are usually drifting after done around any place on the earth, but gradually ascending to the skies and autonomously and automatically made to some gloomy darkened clouds and made oxygen raindrops and occasionally extinguish forest firing flame at Portugal and Spain or so.
