At any daily reality, anyone can acquire any globally and domestically informative knowledge only through own domestically used and known universally spread and covering language.

In other words, any mentally inescapablly impacting and occasionally affecting original cause must be what we usually listen to almost only domestically prevailed mother language and through it, any topical news and global information are gotten, though, we are relatively easily shocked and occasionally positively impacted, and those totalled realities makes any propaganda with origin from government, very influencing private enterprises and VIP ones or so.

In other words, to us all, the most easily impacted informative subjective tool is obviously own national language. And that must be what Swiss linguist, Ferdinand Saussure through a concept "Langue".

That cognition as linguistic concept indicating significance is just "closed unit" abiding community's own conservative solidality and domestically actuated nationalism.

That arbitrarily executed realized usage invalidates difference between privacy and puclicity for each individual citizen. In other words, citizenship means each individual person's own absolute right around which nobody should be violated nor infringed by anything.

Nevertheless, those all interlocked reality must bind any ordinary idea accompanying citizen's own emotionally conceivable idea.

Though, fundamentally, mentally any citizen's commonsense abiding consciousness must be subconsciously greatly influenced by one language as passes whole estates of nation.

That absolutely fixed sensible tool reliant familiarity reasoned our mind's trained and immanently learnt langue is the biggest cause for outputting nationality and home abiding ease are irreplaceable fatal home based sensitive absolute basis.

Simply and merely, our own sensitivity is made through listening to own language's news reporting sending information's arbitrary option by each correspondents and their providing propaganda, even if they were truly misjudged or misunderstood contents and interpretation.

  

These all nationally interlocked our basic mindset indicative basis implanting absolute conditions are national language abiding "Langue" and the fixed legacy implanting nationally featured each propagnda totalled reality is definitely our own mind's personal interpretative sensible sense and personal sensitive option in perfect accord.

Though, we have no perfectly independent publicity nor independent personality, thus we have no reason perfectly dependent ones both items.

In fact, finally, we are never independent nor dependent, nevertheless we are neither perfectly neutral.

Though we both intrinsically and extrinsically, to some moderate extent(not ultimately nor definitely) lazily split personality attending presence.

Manic depressive and paranoia inclined half destructive humanity is our very naturally obliged acceptable our self cognitive natural mind and social reality.

❇️Reference; Wittgenstein's one penetrating short words suggestion. "What is philosophy's role?" To the asking, I'd reply like next. "To fly, telling how to go out from fly trap."

We are easily impacted by news reporting arbitrarily censored and edited nationally driven propaganda, and infiltrated into deeply implanted idea in mind.(News reporting reality relatively easily make necessarily west camps and east ones in global politics, but that either is only short circuit idea or interpretation.)

However, at any topically recognizable content, arbitrarily made fiction must be intervened and conspiratorily inserted. We should be awakened at that reality and reinterpret truth all what reported provides.

Because to us, subjectivity must be done by only our will, never taught nor forsibly learnt by any authority.
