In general, essence and substantial practical value are mutually relatively familiar with each other, on the other hand, form and procedure are neither inessential.

Certainly, language activity for us, anyway, the most integral thing for our remark communication, necessarily that remark's own significance and intended mind to sustain that remark.

Nevertheless, simultaneously for making any other one but us known our remark's true meaning and significance, we need to arrange our own mind's attending own appearance, and in frank, to us at that remark's publicizing spot, not only our mind's conceivable content but also more strategically intended own method to send message to the listeners of our remark.

Of course, we shouldn't regard that our remark's sending method's own strategical techniques nor insubstantial own accessories as the most integral, but, e.g. the case at sending message through written message in printed words or so, miss inputting or words and conuent attending context abiding own explanatory order in not well arranged, in other words, except our mainly conceived idea's essence and substantial significance, simply formed order or neatly summarized or neatly visibly well displayed own words copied and printed order is never so trivially unimportant.

E.g. at the painting art masterpiece, drawn content and art creating ideological idea is the most important, but simultaneously, either that theme and artist's own stance could be expressed only through artist's own painting techniques. That integral mindset is either adapted either to words printed and copied communication. 

Only strategical extremely schemed action should be abstained from doing frequently, but any strategical scheming should not be made light of at doing any kind of report and informing paper, drafts or so.

Though usually we should take our language communication as that we should regard the content to express and publicize our own remark as the most important but simultaneously we should regard that publicizing method, timing, and any kind of sending message attending order, method and own strategical appealing technique are either so indispensable.

By the way, Phenomenology is based on essence and substantial issues emphasizing philosophy, meantime, Analytical Philosophy is based on formed ord and message sent procedure, in terms of academic researching mainly projected summary.
