A local downpour assaults one massive locality, and one district suffered hard climate, and the area and not that one has strict gap as if Russian roulette, climate suffering mutual degree's gap means never artificially done, but naturally irresistibly done.

Though one district's suffering means another locality's calm down state.

Ever negative heyday welcoming one huge country's reddened heyday ashes covered skies at own darkened daytime spending, for the present calmed, but that'd be so everlastingly composed nature. Just Russian roulette shuffle meeting or not is given to any local zone.

Kind of cyclic move is given to us. But necessarily, it doesn't attend our scenario previously. 

In our brain picture, any globally huge extent movable phenomenal analysis could be easily done. But to each one at any locality, anybody only has very restricted small view and larger extent gaze at a stretch to anybody, impossible.

That doesn't discriminate territory. Nature climate,inevitable financing future prospective view or so, all the same. War precipitated meeting is not exceptional.
Though to any individual, any expectable mind is constantly only arbitrary.

Certainly, nature disastrous suffering is so atrociously miserable, none the less, that irresistibly powered impact could never leave afterward, resentment and humanic hatred abiding emotion.

Human mind probably can be impacted by nature threats, but to it, another dimensionally, human social unit deriving own climate has something to do with nature conditioned rotated turn, and that attending cultural idea.

But more, progressive degree human mind traumatized memory, it has no deal nor no curable medicine.
Anyway, not only in front of directly impacted nature threat but also the impacting extent extended own unfortunately made tragic suffering is truly to anybody dodging necessary item.
