In knowing a "now" at each now, we merely have instantly time passing in constant running without any pause, and simultaneously its running by itself makes us own time transition in getting own memory, because memory is in general made through our own knowing around time has come as "now" and simultaneously it must disappear, not as well as the thing we conveyed and put on our own room floor, and the thing must never be moved unless we consciously make it put on another position. But time by itself is never that nature attending identity. 

Because time by itself is constantly on being never installed at one fixed position not as well as our own some material, tool, or so. Time as definitely indicated one is in our mind later coming, subsequently upcoming, and at last coming now and so soon immediately it passes to none. And each being none time point will be absorbed into memory territory or kind of recollective item as memory necessary element as one of included any other time as massive one memorizable volume.

In other words, in knowing each our indicated own time point must come sometime, unless it'd be coming so over our lifetime sustainable extent as so far future to us, what reality we must previously consciously know must make our mentality, mind and idea that each expected coming as one eventually, before long or a little bit not so soon, but sometime as it must come, in fact, merely in some relative measurable consciousness. 
In other words again, those totaled own our intelligently given consciousness makes us own time nature or nature only time has so particularly or specifically as the definitely exceptional nature, that must be "coming" absolutely, but at the moment, simultaneously it must disappear and it must replace itself with another in other words, next moment as next time point. That own infinitely made iteration by itself is just our known time and it's definitely never switchable nature and characteristics.

All those in very stable and never diffusable replacement around each now must diffuse to none could be →, each now must →, and its formulation must be like next.

Supposing each "now" is N,

Despite of it's not existent as being, ( ¬ ∃ )
