Governing idea almost is equivalent with own justification to any kind of accidental nature. 

Because governing own justifiable idea and effective knowhow are constantly propaganda made by governors nominating elite bureaucrats own idea as hegemonic strategical idea's own acknowledging stance. 

Though at any nation, who can govern any national ideology depends on governor's own propaganda promoting own elite bureaucrats and their reliant mass communication networked each organization's upper calling ones with their own bureaucratism ideas. 

In these reciprocal ideas in own ideological propaganda devise, west sided camps and east sided ones are never so gapped to each other. 

Organization by itself necessarily procreates own hegemony to any other the same level unit. 

One person's own discourse makes some impact to any first noticed one's own footprint. But to the first one's advocates and criticizing ones are equivalently belonging to the same degree status. Because one the identified proposition makes both of them debate and mutually harsh objection, the reality by itself must be nothing but own propaganda and propaganda by itself is identified with hegemonic idea's justification. 

Though, global economics, governing forms as capitalism, democracy, ochrocracy or so are all merely accidentally mutually confronting and mutually reciprocally relevant ones and hostile ones in absolutely accidental combination and nothing but the absolute accidental mutual encounter. 

As the first premise, mass communication concocting commercial and its own propaganda nature by themselves are definitely accidentally relevant things. Because capitalism's own individual economic income and expenditure are simply reliant only on very accidental mutual encounter. 

Though according to principle of economics any necessity is only illusion or kind of own propaganda. In other words, one governing, one management affirmation by itself must be nothing but the absolute hegemonic idea abiding own propaganda. In other words as academism circle is so, any governing justifiable message and ideology, or own formally acknowledged principle by themselves are only accidentally made propaganda's  masterpieces. 

Because words, notion, languages are all one message's propaganda. And at any nation, govenor as head of state as presence is only accidental propaganda. Status and its functioning are only arbitrarily made hegemonic propaganda. And propaganda is equivelent with hegemonic justifiable smartly skillful messages. 

Words by itself is fundamentally one pattern of propaganda. And words communication necessarily outputting unit as mass communication network and each nation's citizens network by themselves and those hegemonic relevance is governing hegemonic development affirmation and own excuse. Affirmation is equivalent with justification to any governing and hegemonic alliance.
