Certainly, when we are sunken or so gloomy mentally with some very anxious item we at daily life have so necessarily. And that period's our own spiritual and mental condition is so nasty proble to handle for anyone, but simultaneously we are easily make our own mind hidden in deeply minded own secret. And unexpectedly not making any anxious mins to the outside in habitual appearance we can easily make us personally for protecting our own social behebiral attitude from unnecessarily interpreted by some malice minded one's own conspiratory idea and illnatured mind to us personally disliking emotional harassment. 

Blue hearted state is surely to familiar ones with family members and close friends or so, easily showing thing but after all, in public, we usually pretending to be normally minded, not having serious trouble at work and any our work site  ecessity. 

Nevertheless,  excessively pretending term and that time running will be extended, surely spiritual higenically not that suitable condition for making our social life publicly normally seen to any other one except us. 
Though, we usually should take care of our own human relationship abiding own manner for preventing from us from being surrounded by hating emotional ones to us personally. 

Though at any work, or any professional site, we should take care of any mental, and spiritual mutual keeping to be sane and very healthily, we should have brainstorming occasion at any work site with colleagues and superior officers. That argument and consciously schemed conversation constantly are necessary for stemming our own unit human relational unfamiliarly mutual objectionable and mutually distrustful emotional work site atmosphere, though from very daily usual casual site, we should keep mutual consensus around easily confessing own distressed and personally troublesome matter for keeping healthy daily spirit. 

Anybody has very personally blue and gloomy emotional days. And to it, not having any unnecessary taboo should never be held nor invited into our own site, because that kind of mutual skeptic human relevant emotional crevasse and spiritual gap among any member are anytime to us the object we should for the first time overcome to each other, you know. 

Though as much as possible, we should replace our each personally own distressed mind and idea into some positively switchable blue heart as making itself positively the matter which only blue hearted emotional term and mentally that state overshadowing term advantageous dome the best opportunity, that mutual mindset consensus is necessarily demanded among any unit membership gathering and opportunity for gathering at any aim and object. 

Yes, we should positively make any negatively regarded condition and state for us rather so future innovatively developed and positively pioneerable own work site switching opportunity. That consciousness conversion must be mutually necessary to be realized for any unit member. Very easily air coordinating functional spiritual, mental, emotional unit human relationship coordination and mutually conscious reformation necessity should be emphasized at very practical level necessity.
