I am individual citizen in Japan, but to any other country citizen, I must be one of Japanese. That means merely that we all are ambivalent around defining our own nature, identifying our own that nature so precisely. 

E.g. for those several years, Hong Kong political activist Agnes Chow had been mass communication networked reality's own curious item and target for reporting, but in our own country, Japan, originally so freely speech given culture by itself is none. In other words, from the beginning, we Japanese are never surely attending own desire never to be managed by government, and not like China, Japan country nature has no obvious controlling power visibly confirmed by our own eyes, nevertheless it could never mean that our Japan is definitely ideally regarded country nor nation. 

Probably, in US, in UK, in German, in any country, own freedom sensibility and individual sensitivity must be rooted at both units, and each individual. 
In frank, according to each country, nation and ethnicity abiding culture and each owned culture abiding ideas are mutually very gapped, thus not so easily mutually perfectly understandable ideas or so could never be found mutually. E.g. I am using always so frequently English, but all Japanese are not that so, it is very strictly grave fact to us and any other English speaker as ethnicity, nationality and own job. 

E.g. Chinese people attending own freedom, or any other notion is very different from any other country, any other ethnic mass. As well as Korean, Japanese or any race, any nationality is never exceptional. 

Nevertheless, those earnestly questioning is neither so universally appropriate action or method, we can mention so according to calmed minded own analysis. Freedom by itself could be according to each nationality, ethinicity or race, gender, very mutually gapped to some exact extent credible truth to all us. 

Personally, I can have own sympathy to Ms. Agnes Chow and her own political activity, but I probably won't have the same sympathizing political activity with her, because I either have own socially irresistible personal circumstance, thus ideally regarded my brain accompanying notional idea and really practical my action I can be obliged to apply are mutually very gapped. That must be the really given our own fate or kind of absolutely regulated and necessarily bound own destined fact to us.

E.g. not democratic countries nationalities have probably own fantasy to democracy, but either democracy must never be perfectly ideally regarded nor perfectly embodied ideal form nor system, probably it must have own shortage and any unnecessary characteristics around doing everything, executing everything. 

Probably, that truth can fall under also religious mind and ideology and idea. E.g. Christianity, Islamism as Moslim religious ideas and Bhdism, Hinduism, or any religiously regarded own cultural ideas are mutually very gapped and discrepancy must be easily found at any daily reality. In fact, I was falling in love one lady who came from Portugal. But those days my daily environment around prosecuting international marriage was never so opened to any individual citizen. Thus after all, our own love affair was failed to reach perfect conjugal life days until now. 

After all, we all are never on the same basis as universally designed own panacea abiding truth, but rather at mutually very gapped ideas and own notional prejudice or so, that very tragic but very obvious truth can surround all us who are surviving on the earth. And only that given absolutely destined and difficult facts and truth must be the sole shared but very tragic and despaired fact to us, and rather from any other cognition, probably we are never take even only one step at anytime we want to step forward. 

In those realities, in fact, we are easily confirmable around knowing our mutually very seriously never easily solved own very harsh mutual invisible mind wall must be standing so vertically, not necessarily nor unnecessarily.
