In Japan, except politicians, governors, in frank, any debating and auruement habit are never fixed so mentally, spiritually, and mindfully. 

Certainly Parlamrntary Democracy was starting at Meiji era first year, as 1868〜1889 at so called Meiji Ishin period, the form foundation was built, but intrinsically each individual citizen mind and consciousness have no obvious problematic questioning stance and own individually independent consciousness are very shallow and very little. 

After all min Japanese as language structure has no obvious each person conscious mind so enough, that own vaguely everything running reality affirmative stance makes many Japanese have little clarified consciousness around plotical ideology and own policy. 
Thus, from Japan, in frank, the messenger role given deva like Ms. Billie Eilish won't appear and cut a figure around any circle. That must be some this country's limitation around each individual citizenship consciousness. 

To every subject,only vaguely ambiguous deal is universally spread whole country. In other words, simply Japanese citizens are never so active at conference nor debating, any those procedure should be abbreviated, that implicit favor is very generalized at each individual citizen. 

After all, in Japanese ordinary citizens, to any item we all have to grapple with, affirmative and negative in binary oppositional idea and considerable thinking circuit is never certainly established at each individual citizen's mind so clearly. In frank, Japanese are by and large very illogical sensitive ones as not so logically deliberative attitude is never rooted.

Individual consciousness shallow nature of Japanese are probably rooted from ancient communism common sense origin habit and implicitly imprinted own habit or own crooked justice emotion, as not logically questioned nature thing. In other words, those own specific nature must be the cause in Japan of hardly each own remark easily speaking, talking in discussion are never fixed at daily habit or own individual consciousness. 

Illogical sensibility is probably caused from this ethnic unit's own superstition tasty idea and own religious piety as only modest and abstinent character should be role model for surviving society. 

Anyway, from the beginning, any individual citizen except politicians are abandoning any self claim to any nationally regulated habitual idea. And that self consciousness lack must be the main cause to make political capital regulation law breaching several cabinet members of government had resigned with responsible for breaching the law.
