If we define so correctly and appropriately the way to justify all contemporary liberal society with justice and fairness, it needs to be one in which any member can easily get the job and working chance in any privacy intruded by any intervention and any prejudiced idea was never intruded to the one who wants to be employed, that is so crucial indispensably important condition.

In other words, we need only the fair chance to activate our own ability in no intervention to privacy. Privacy intervening means old styled local community used to hold those days, very conventionally out of date idea.

Frankly speaking, we should deal with any choice of employee only in ability and just the invoking power to accomplish the job mission so rationally effective to get profit to the company or organization, only it should be necessary to all concerned ones, thus unnecessary private factors should never be regarded as so important, if we get minimally fitting condition in choosing employee, we should never step forward to any other condition to the one whom we want to employ.

This should be adopted to politics, at the matter od fact, politics are needed only for meeting politicians’ realizing promise in election term, more unnecessary condition should never be taken into account in evaluation to the politician.

In other words, we should discern, to the one in question, the one’s ability to be used for our advantage and the one’s private matter, that thing is unexpectedly regarded so stiffly even at contemporary society, thus so many hating clime caused from ethnical traumatic mutual misunderstandings together.

Politics, management must need fairness and respect to privacy, and with these, we first can maintain the best condition to control our own society so effectively and fairly.
Especially at teamwork missioned to any member, mutual keeping distance is very indispensable condition to be kept so well for anybody. If we want society secured so mentally eased for anybody, we need that sort of care must be needed to anybody who can be connected with that society, coz that care is the most crucial social consciousness when we love the society at least as long as we can settle the society so long in lifespan.

Memo: When we have unnecessary conflict in a group or general society, we must have some unnecessary curiosity to other ones together, namely if we have stably suitable distance together to any member, all things we must solve could be easily done for anybody, that small care is so important, but unexpectedly we are apt to forget it, so easily, thus if we have some trouble in society, we should research that thing for solving that trouble, and if some convincing reason or cause was discovered, we should never overreact this than necessity and we should solve it so gently and so smartly well never leaving any unnecessary trauma among all members of the group or society.
