Since the latter period of 20century to nowadys for us must be the age anybody needed so pleasant consumption, that scale was so gigantic and speed was full throttle to get satsifaction, certainly that was necer so worsened act actually in terms of society itself in demanding ethics, needing richness and abundant economic room or so. But this time new corona virus pandemic declared us so emergently lastl-ditch crisis assaulting so many citizens' life so critically, but if we seek after secured exit from this situation, economical common sense should be revised in checking and reorganizing any grand design to our further future, coz our presence must be regarded as our offsprings'  one certain footprint for handing over to them, that mission must be secured in economizing nature resorces in making compatible deal with cost cut and curtailing energy consumtion, but it would be so tough, but one thing we can suppose is switiching work-a-holic usage into some relaxed but so comleted balance, that is stung by capitalism principle, coz contemporary age is never Adam Smith's era, neither Thomas Edison's era, in terms of deliberating these era gaps must rely on our metaphisical and humanity taken into our account in need of reconstruction toward our surving meaning. 

Until now, fundamental industrial circle was taking strategy in regarding all producing and supplying mission in only cost cut, reducing  all unnecessary expenditure but, from now on, even so fundamentally basic productive job should be flexible, sometimes inserting some slowly paced down never reflecting any cost cut mission, in other words, some sort of creative unexpected discovery in switching so habitual way to produce or supply, that thing could be applied  either to agriculture, very sometimes, in having error in readiness, daring to neglect all managing in watching process fulfilled with cost cut, of course, that wisdom and intuitive improvised reacting must depend on character and judging by managers and president.

In other words, occasionally we need some irrational amusment even in job, 
That kind of playing part in regulatory bound routine work, we possibly would discover the effective another tactics, but of course, it needs so careful eyed and sharpened obsaevation by manager, top leader of company, factory, and labolatory, and eleswhere.

Certainly we have in any occasion limitation in having control and managing human resorces, but in its limitation, we should have some playing mind room and easy judgement, coz if we excessively take our energy than necessity, we must call  unnesessary tension and cawardice, now we need some relaxed delibelative mind and chance in managing capitalism itself. And now is the best time and oppotunity, that occasion should never be missed to catch, thus in ability for top person, seeking after oppotunity and occasional timing in vigilance and humorously and tactfully must be needed and the ability would be so integral.

Eventually, as the guiding host role, top leader needs to have proper reading and judging situation, then efficiency rating standard, criterion itself should be once re-evaluated and reviewed, revised so carefully. Even business, producing job are in so flexibly driving wander and miracle we've never found ever, after all even so tough race of capitalism must be either our humor and amusement, these missions in producing and supplying should be interpreted with additional valued view, no matter what we're engaged in, we should never persist in only conventional nor sort of regulatory method, even respecting these, simultaneously adopting either so abruptly inspired re-scheduling or reformative strategy would be applied in any urgent situation.

That thing could adopt reference of Japanese chess or the game of go in matching move challengers use.
