Russell shows through next discription his idea around mathematical logic order at his Introduction to Mathematical Philosophy, 1919. Bertrand Russel (But now I have no original book nor text at his it, just translated version, then let me show as sammary here.)

This Russell's suggestion means that his claiming mathematical computational thinking must mean what to rely on conditioning. In other words, at mathematics, we can see the truth thourgh only precicely regulated condition at mathematics, it means mathematics as academics must mean conditional law. That is of course the very similar system at grammer or so with counterfactuals or so. 

In other wods, mathematics must mean kind of atrificial language as linguists say not natural language. That consequently evidences that mathematics are some kind of effective reacting method to our expedient necessity around measuring at any case of our daily life.

But time itself could never be present on the kind of premise, it must be running in no ceasing and our mind to its destined so materialisitic nature must include many unnecessary elements for reacting, because we are never surviving at conditioned world as the propositional components as number, point or so could be on. 

Absolutely we are at only not conditioned and only defined as infinitely anything could be incidentally happening. Namely its so hard gap between our world and notionally conceptual understanding world for expediency to find out the chance to breatk through our crisis or emergent situation. At the matter of fact, Russell's Paradox must suggest that uncertainty in which we desperately make the supposing order like mathematics. 

Here, we can suppose three diffrentiated dimensional worlds, with 

①"Our Surviving World" at being alive presenting us no condition, because condition thing and act must be made only by us as our spontainity for survival.

②Mathematics displaying conditonally "Picutured World", it must never be really realized world but it is just supposed world. This include literature world or any kind of language world.

③"Our Mind World". It must mean that we arbitrarily use and methodize ②world for our surviving ①world, using already methodized ideas caused from ②world guiding us to the truth we should see for our survival to ①.

Necessarily, either all language world must belong to Picutured World as necessarily as Mathematics World, then either to it, we should call them all so "Picutured World"
That must be limited domain at our Mind World, it means fixed idea as the truth or axioms and theorems or so. fundamentally these nature must be adapted to any grammer of any language. Because these things are all so conditioned world as notionally and understandably.
