It is not clear whether it is in any country, but in general, the work environment itself is a competition of social vainness peculiar to certain members, so rather it is the peculiar spirit of the workplace such as office work that is not physical labor. The degree of labor is considered not only to modern civilization but also to the essence of human society that has not changed since ancient times, but its unovercoming reality is a sign of the destruction of humankind.

The reality of human society should be judged only by professional practical ability, but surprisingly, it is a characteristic of a normal field that is different from the special elite class field. Therefore, if most of the society is occupied by such distorted mutual restraint and imaginary elements, it can be said that the society is a barbaric society that is virtually absent and enjoys only form.

The fraternity and mutual concern that everyone knows as justice in human society, on the contrary, is valued because the bullying that is quite insidious in any country in the world and the fierce hegemony struggle with each other swirls. It is aesthetic justice that has been done. In that respect, Russia, Ukraine, and the rest of the United States, Japan, China, and European countries are no different.

Upper these all realities contrarily prove that our social essence must be the most difficult object at least for arranging and neatly setting for any member in consensus.
Because substantially integral ethical mindset and attantion made by any working member as an employee or so could be easily swtiched by member change, socially situated own circumstance for the work, and necessarily world economic and political situation.

However, despite of those all so troublesome realities, only one hope could be discovered by anybody in this world society, that is only what anybody must be concerned with the completely same condition. And addtionally, now world must have almost so miraculuously synchonic interlocked reality together, and to it whether we have ease or anxiety depends on each personal mind, you know.
