Because any just no passionate motivation only indifferent expressionless employees, bureaucrats are rather contemporary social substantial winners.

Eventually, contemporary society must function only according to very minute and precise no error made performance and that well doing ones are usually very indifferent expressionless ones, and their own very composed and not passionate cooled down posture and their own individually no expressing personal emotion and no subjective remark displaying manner tempt them acquire total dominant mainstream.

Though, very only procedural smart dealers necessarily could gain ground in any work and company, though that reality necessarily makes very many losers.

And in them, very attractive charming one could be the hero in all losers. They all can never pretend like elite high class bureaucrats, though that very attractive popular hero and heroine are the representative presence of all losers in society.

Though, with those processes, now that the tyrant could come out from frustration by all losers, any fascism must be made very consistently being many indifferent expressionless bureaucrats and correspondents soldiers own apathetic and no empathy inserted, almost cold-blooded manner and habitual attitude made by relatively not majority nor not mimority them consequently tempts so resentment settled and deposited outcome ordinarily any dictatorship, one absolute authorized pedigree abiding dominator, or so similar with them are usually the almost tyrants standard.

Though, basically, any dictator must be deformed typical sample or deformity made by any other the most ordinary commonplace indifference by the most impersonal nature made by general citizens with any social site and not specific hunan materials.

In other words, fascism is made by all losers' frustration and resemtment historically and each age specific topically own cause and premise done by any sequel and own country's national and domestic circumstance.

Very rationally highly systematic contemporary society must force any individual employee so officially indifferent and that characteristics manageable reality must make any working one impersonal expressionless robot tasty soldier. 

If they don't do that, any social site must have confused so much, then any sacrificed one could come up with any site, to any awkward one must be targetted as so convenient scapegoat by any other one, just with these irresistible reasons, not that smartly doing but only loyalty abiding ones demanding must necessarily make another justice with the sole atrocious dictator dominant bureaucratism and limited elite brains' composed political form must never die out.
