In general, in terms of human social management order, under control complition is regarded as appropriate and the must.

None the less, that idea must be caused by very old fashioned only conventional following abiding attitude.

Because the strategy consists in top down method's application. That's remains of merely patriarchy. 

On the other hand, the antonym of it in general is regarded as bottom up.

But that signifying mechanism has own nature in which anybody is prone to associate it with some own resistance.

However, intrinsically, in general, to us, the most integral notice must be rather flat, in other words, not vertical, perpendicular. Because perpendicular and resisting vector are mutually almost so the identical.

On the other hand, if we respect truly flat human individual character and individual identity and talented nature so prudently, rather not bottom up abiding merely and significantly only flat relevance is more welcome factor, we could conclude so, and is it so appropriate, isn't it?

Bottom up is only one transformed variant from original top down.

Rather we can regard simply flat as so natural and its stance must be what we'd regard as precious.

And, at this claiming, flat relevance is never communism. Because communism means rather top down human relevant affirmation.

But fundamentally, flat relevance's emphasis must have the idea that ordinarily regarded orthodox idea is not so useful, already out of date, because bottom up means rather constantly to intend to get absolute top down. That could be evidenced by one so huge communism country's dictatorship by bureaucratism's empire with the absolute monarch, yes the country's essence must be monarchy. (Of course, these days' many countries' own trend is intended to rather fascism and the attitude's original form was liberalism's absolute affirmation. Though, truly flat dialogue is too difficult to realitze. Those former facts prove it.)

Though, unexpectedly, after all, under control and out of control ard together consist in class social abusolutism and to these systems, the ideas must depend on.

However, from the beginning, flat relevance is essentially different. Because that must have own priority to regard dialogue as the must.

True liberalism must consist in the form.

Necessarily, to liberalism, we can find out another defect too. To it, at next occasion to deliberate, I'll address to it.

Appendix; T op down and bottom up together do never admit ambiguity, that identifies itself with formalism's limitation. And the typical example in society is bureaucratism.
