If we persist in only our own happiness, merely only unhappinesss rather flows our own mind and idea, though rather we should regard and comprehend that nobody depended on only happiness, far from it, happiness is seldom coming up to our reality, and rather in its not that satisfied reality, we should find out our own life value and the idea that life deserves to survive as long as our life secures the least safety and unless it could be endangered by some irrestible force. 

Not so excessively unhappy, only the given reality should be regarded as not that worsened, we can do so well, rather our lifetime mind security for the present safer that never done so. 
Because happiness should be made through our daily wishing and effort to make it come to us as much as possible we can regard it as not that worsened, and in it, we should find out so minimal joyfulness.

Happiness as notion means rather not for that conditioned people mind, necessity around what the ones should survive believing in truth of happiness, though not that suffered ones in holding only happiness means so less than any miserable conditioned one's mind.
Additionally, happiness notion is at the matter of fact, very ambiguous and not that clearly grasped by anybody, you know. 

And if we need only happiness, rather that embodied state will escape from our reality, you see. Unhappiness is made through excessively being conscious about value for happiness. 

Because probably to us, happiness is consisting in only working something with our mind and body, and when we have some ease at pausing or resting time, that very tiny breathing necessity momentary notion, as some mindful jewelry, we should regard so abstinantly. 

Directly only needing happiness makes us some very disappointed mind consequently, you know. Effort, labor or so are all breathing necessity's father and in it, occasionally smiley happiness appear as in front of us. 

In keeping something in passionately earnest belief, for the first time, happiness occasionally shows her face, his face to us, individually, more than it should not be so necessary.
Because we are working, moving presence in thinking and deliberating so much for each today and tomorrow. 

In it, very sometimes, spodacicly happiness smiles to us, it satisfies us and our reality.
