Time is truly substance, that questionable idea must be outputted anytime. Because its substance could never be clearly specified so well. Because in fact, after all, we can grasp only some matter as materially, substantially recognizable any change can be noticed and cognitively known, but truly to us, only some materials' changed state, our own aging causing change or so are all so obviously cognitive, but time by itself is not that obvious identified item, though truly the running must be cognitively known in our confirmable change and move by itself. 

In other words, as very many ones historically mentioned, time by itself is not that completely evidence as substance, in other words, only changing aspect, appearance must be constantly cognitive to,us all, no other certain thing could never have been evidenced so acurately, we could say so either intrinsically.

And what we have measure e.g. around time running, o'clock means that we are having very mentally impacted not objectively seen view to anything, because when we are personally depressive, time running sensibility must be gotten a little bit numb. 

Though we are easily able to notice changed matter in shifting appearance so acurately, but time by itself could never be cognitively known so acurately.

In other words, change by itself can be cognitive through our serially continuous constancy in knowing each changed item as cognitive notice. And necessarily our own memory to fore moment attending own state, on its memory, additionally some moving appearance in knowing, afterward totally changed phenomenon can be seen clearly, though time by itself is constantly at backward, it does not come to us visibly.

After all, at least seen visible thing is anytime spatially embodied as any phenomenal accident. And to its occurrence, our consciousness at knowing that each order at time system is made in memorized content. Simply, each occurring order is memorized at our own memory stocking function and each order cognitive consciousness.

Totally, each occurrence must be so concretely embodied at materialized phenomenon, but those made order is cognitively known in memorized order. Though each occurring phenomenon is materialized at spatial extent. 

On the other hand, to each it in order, and that memorized order by itself is known in our own time order system as one independent cognition.

Though, to us, spatially embodied phenomena and each time order abiding made in turn in recollection are mutually independent. 
Though, necessarily, in us, certainly each independently cognitive brain dealing function and to it, totalled cognitive function are mutually differently equipped at our own brain. 

Each phenomenon discernment and all phenomena totalled cognition are mutually independent. Though our brain has own slide rule for knowing that each independence to any occurrence and those all totalled order cognition. 

SUMMARY

EACH INDEPENDENCE COGNITION and ALL PHENOMENA TOTALED COGNITION are Mutually Diffrent (Independent). Nevertheless, to two diffrent typed cognitions can be totalled at no contradiction in one some other highly degree cognition.
