Only the idea should be kept at our own mind, only the idea could be not that dangerous idea, for the time being, we could regard our own daily situation, thus, previously with those ideas, and trying to grapple with every previously pictured action, acting, we should practice everything.    

In other words, we might have some previously preventive idea around stemming our own arrogant ideas from sprinting at the stance is very vital.
